Round 1 Provisional List of Selected Candidates & Documents Required

Document Required for Final Admission

IIT Madras MBA Digital Maritime and Supply Chain Program Team  requests the following documents to be submitted by Selected  Applicants to ensure their eligibility and complete the admissions process:

Employment Certificate: A valid certificate or letter from the current/previous employers, confirming the candidate’s employment status, role, and tenure to meet minimum 2 years work experience eligibility requirement for the MBA Digital Maritime and Supply Chain program.

True Copies of Academic Certificates: Along with the original documents, candidates should submit attested true copies of their academic certificates. These will be retained by the institution for record-keeping.

Proof of Identity: A government-issued ID (such as a passport, Aadhaar card, or driver’s license) should be provided for identity verification.

Proof of Address: A document like a utility bill, rent agreement, or bank statement that verifies the candidate’s current address

3 Passport-size Photographs: Recent passport-size photographs for their student ID and institutional records.

Signed Acceptance of Offer: A signed document from the candidate indicating their acceptance of the offer, the terms and conditions of admission, and agreement to abide by the institute’s rules.

Financial Documents: If any financial aid or loan is involved, documentation related to that, including proof of payment of any admission fees.

Commitment Fee Payment Receipt of payment of commitment fee of Ra 1.0 lac

All above documents have to be addressed to Program Director and sent to [email protected].in within 15 days of declaration of Provisional Selection list of candidates
